Meet Dr. Sidani

Dr. Tarik Sidani is an orthopedic surgeon with a special interest in sports medicine and joint replacement. An Arkansas native, he was born in Springdale and grew up in Rogers. He was an all-conference basketball player for the Mounties at Rogers High School. Today, he is part of the medical team taking care of local high school athletes the Harrison Goblins.


Dr. Sidani accepted a full academic scholarship to the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville, where he was selected to participate in the Fulbright Honors Program. He was a pre-med student and graduated with honors in 1998, earning a bachelor of science in biology.


Following college, Dr. Sidani attended medical school at the Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences College of Osteopathic Medicine in Kansas City, Missouri. During this time he was involved with numerous community activities, such as screening physicals for elementary school children.


Dr. Sidani completed his internship and orthopedic residency in St. Louis, Missouri at Des Peres Hospital at St. Louis University. He was the team physician for two high schools in the St. Louis area and participated in screening physicals for hundreds of high school athletes. Dr. Sidani is board certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Orthopedic Surgery.


After finishing his post-graduate medical training in 2007, Dr. Sidani returned to Arkansas to begin his orthopedic practice. Dr. Sidani has since completed thousands of Orthopedic procedures over the last eighteen years and has been the recipient of HealthGrade's highest rating of 5 Stars in joint replacement and hip fracture care during that time.

Meet Dr. Cutler

Dr. Justin L. Cutler is an Idaho native who attended Idaho State University earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in 2004. He continued his education attending A.T. Still University where he completed his Doctor of Osteopathy degree in 2009, and subsequently completed an anatomy fellowship. In June 2014, Dr. Cutler completed his residency in Orthopedic Surgery where he learned the latest surgical techniques including minimally invasive hip and knee surgery which is less painful and leads to a faster recovery. Dr. Cutler has now been in practice for over 9 years and has performed thousands of orthopedic procedures with excellent outcomes.


Dr. Cutler is board certified in Orthopedic Surgery and his professional memberships include the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons, American Osteopathic Association of Orthopedics, American Society for the Hand, Orthopedic Trauma Association, American Osteopathic Association, and the Missouri Association of Osteopathic Physicians and Surgeons.


He has been part of the Astrix Medical Team for over ten years providing on track medical care to professional riders and their teams for the American Motorcycle Association Supercross Series.


Dr. Cutler is married to his wife Brittany, with whom he shares six children. They enjoy spending time together in the outdoors doing activities such as boating, biking, swimming, and hiking.

Meet Dr. Smith

Dr. Ken Smith is a fellowship-trained specialist in interventional spine and sports medicine, offering advanced, non-surgical treatments for spine, joint, and nerve pain. His practice focuses on nonoperative orthopedics, sports medicine, and minimally invasive spine procedures, using image-guided techniques to precisely target pain generators.


He is dedicated to helping patients return to active, functional lives—without unnecessary surgery or long-term opioid use.


Dr. Smith graduated from Harrison High School and went on to graduate from Arkansas Tech University with Honors. He completed his medical education at Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences, where he embraced a whole-person, osteopathic approach to care. He then pursued a surgical internship at Case Western Reserve University / University Hospitals in Cleveland, Ohio, gaining experience across orthopedics, general surgery, and sports medicine. He completed his residency in Rural Family Medicine at Oklahoma State University, where he developed advanced procedural and musculoskeletal care skills in a hands-on, high-acuity environment. He worked as a team physician for East Central University as well as multiple high schools in Oklahoma. His training culminated in a nationally recognized fellowship in Interventional Spine and Musculoskeletal Medicine at OrthoAlabama, accredited by the North American Spine Society (NASS)—one of the most respected programs in the field.


Dr. Smith’s clinical expertise includes spinal injections and nerve blocks, vertebral augmentation for fracture stabilization, and minimally invasive lumbar decompression and interspinous stabilization for patients with spinal stenosis. He also provides advanced therapies such as spinal cord stimulators and peripheral nerve stimulators for complex pain syndromes. In the realm of regenerative medicine, he offers platelet-rich plasma (PRP) and stem cell-based therapies to support tendon, ligament, and joint healing.


In addition to interventional care, Dr. Smith leads dedicated clinical services in osteoporosis evaluation and fracture prevention, hormone optimization for both men and women, and sports medicine for patients of all ages.
